This Global Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how the TutorCloud group processes Personal Data when you use the TutorCloud.AI website and its regional subdomains, mobile applications, learner, parent and educator dashboards, institutional consoles, APIs and AI Features (the “Services”). It applies to Learners of all ages, Parents, educators, School and institutional administrators, subscribers and visitors worldwide.

The Services are provided by “TutorCloud”, “we”, “us”. Registered office, registration and trade licence details are maintained by TutorCloud and available on written request to [email protected].

For data protection purposes, the aligned entity is the one serving the country in which you are located when you register or, for Institutional accounts, the entity named in the Institutional Agreement. The regional entities operate the Services locally and act as local data controllers; contractual matters are governed by the Global Terms of Use, which are an agreement with TutorCloud Technology Limited (DIFC) under DIFC law and DIFC Courts (Terms of Use s 18). For Student Personal Data, the Institutional Customer is the Controller and TutorCloud processes data on its behalf (Section 9). This Policy does not govern Schools’ own privacy notices or third-party services reached through links or integrations. Wherever you are, the single point of contact is [email protected], or our Data Protection Officer / Grievance Officer at [email protected].

Changes to this Policy and Contact

Updates are published with a new version number. This version supersedes all prior versions. We give advance notice of material changes through the Services or by email (at least 15 days in India) and seek fresh consent where the law requires. We will not change the processing of Student Personal Data or Children’s data materially without prior notice to the School or Parent and a choice before the data is used in a new way.
