Terms of Service

These Global Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and TutorCloud Technology Limited, a company registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as set out in Section 18 (“TutorCloud”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the TutorCloud.AI website and its regional subdomains, applications, dashboards, consoles, APIs and AI Features (the “Services”). By creating an Account, accepting or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Global Privacy Policy and the Global Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Where a Parent accepts on behalf of a Child, “you” includes both. These Terms are an electronic record under the IT Acts, and equivalent electronic-transactions laws, and need no signature. For Institutional users, the Institutional Agreement also applies (Section 6). Governing law and dispute resolution for all users worldwide are set out in Section 18 (DIFC law; DIFC Courts), subject to the mandatory consumer-protection and institutional-agreement carve-outs stated there.
