Built by
Educators
Mission
To create learning technology that adapts to each student while empowering educators to remain at the center of the educational experience.
Vision
A world where every student receives personalized support, every teacher has clarity and capacity, and learning technology serves human growth rather than replacing human connection.
Our Principles
What We Stand For
Educators First
AI is a tool for teachers, not a replacement. Every feature we build strengthens educator judgment, not undermines it.
Learning Over Metrics
We measure what matters: understanding, growth, and readiness, not just completion rates or time on task.
Privacy as Standard
Student data is not a commodity. We build with privacy by design, transparency by default, and trust as non-negotiable.
Equity in Access
Powerful learning tools should not be reserved for well-funded schools. We design for accessibility and inclusive deployment.
Honest Innovation
We do not claim AI solves everything. We are transparent about what works, what is experimental, and what requires human judgment.
Long-Term Thinking
Education moves slowly for good reason. We build for sustained impact, not viral adoption or venture timelines.
Our Foundation
Educator-Led
Philosophy
Built by Teachers. For Teachers.

Leadership
Anirudh is a serial entrepreneur who has spent his career building organisations at the intersection of
technology, services and human-centered problem solving. His leadership spans healthcare, education, and
AI-enabled platforms, consistently focused on solving high-friction, high-impact challenges through
disciplined execution.
He founded Focus Infomatics Inc., which became a category-defining leader in medical transcription
services. The company scaled rapidly through proprietary workflow systems and a distributed service
model, eventually being acquired by Nuance Communications [NASDAQ: NUAN] in 2007. This exit established
Anirudh as a strategic operator capable of building technology-driven businesses that attract global
interest.
Continuing his commitment to building systems that expand access, he launched Focus Eduvation, an online
tutoring organisation serving K-12 learners across the world. The company was recognised as one of the
leading online tutoring providers in the US, known for consistent quality, rigorous training frameworks
and measurable learning outcomes.
Across both ventures, Anirudh has accumulated deep insight into complex service operations, learning
systems, workforce scaling, and software that supports high-volume global delivery. This foundation
directly informs his vision for NoAge AI, where he leads the development of intelligent products
designed to close the learning equity gap and modernise education through responsible AI.
He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Texas.
Umakanta Rana is a veteran EdTech leader who has spent more than thirty years building and scaling
organisations that blend technology, learning and global operations. He is best known for transforming
Focus Edumatics from a small emerging business into a 6,000-employee powerhouse delivering online
tutoring services to school districts across the United States.
Under his leadership, the company grew rapidly, expanded into the US market, built strong client
partnerships and established itself as a trusted name in K-12 learning support. His strategic direction
and ability to scale operations played a central role in the company's acquisition by Alpine Investors
in 2022.
A builder with instinct and discipline, Umakanta has led teams through growth, transition and market
expansion. He brings that same clarity and momentum to NoAge AI, guiding business strategy, operational
scale-up and the company's next phase of AI-driven product innovation.
Dr. Rajib Bhattacharya is a global AI platform and engineering leader with over two decades of experience
building, scaling, and governing enterprise-grade platforms and AI-driven systems. His career spans the design
and delivery of large-scale learning platforms, automation frameworks, and production AI systems used across
diverse educational and enterprise environments.
He has led AI engineering and data science teams responsible for developing intelligent tutoring systems and
AI-powered educational platforms, with a strong focus on reliability, accuracy, and real-world deployment. His
work includes the design and implementation of automated AI quality control and evaluation frameworks that
improve model performance, consistency, and release confidence at scale.
Across cloud and distributed environments, Dr. Bhattacharya has driven platform scalability, performance
optimization, and cost governance, while establishing CI/CD pipelines and Agile-at-scale delivery models. He is
known for bridging deep technical execution with cross-functional leadership, working closely with product,
operations, and executive stakeholders to integrate AI into core business workflows.
At NoAge AI, he leads engineering, experimentation, and technical strategy, overseeing end-to-end AI system
development from data pipelines and model integration to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. His
focus is on building responsible, scalable AI platforms that modernize learning systems and support long-term
impact in education.
Vinod K S is a senior technology and product leader with over 20 years of experience across artificial
intelligence, software engineering, product management, and the education domain. He has held leadership roles
spanning engineering and product organizations, bringing together technical depth and strategic execution.
With a strong foundation in hands-on development and platform engineering, Vinod approaches product building
from a practitioner's lens. He specializes in translating complex business and learning requirements into
scalable, reliable, and user-centric AI-driven solutions.
At NoAge AI, he focuses on building AI-powered products that deliver practical innovation and measurable impact
in digital learning. His work emphasizes product excellence, responsible application of AI, and long-term value
creation across education platforms.
Shafiq Ahmed is a product manager with over 20 years of experience building AI-powered learning systems that
balance innovation, governance, and real-world impact. His work sits at the intersection of product strategy,
educator insight, and system design, shaped by close collaboration with tutoring teams, learning operations, and
platform engineering.
He has led the design of AI-driven workflows that measurably improve learning quality and operational
efficiency, including real-time tutor support systems, message review frameworks, and quality control pipelines.
These initiatives have increased tutor and student engagement, strengthened communication outcomes, and enabled
scalable quality assurance across large learning networks.
Shafiq brings a strong practitioner's understanding of how educators teach, how learners engage, and where
process friction limits outcomes. He is known for translating complex requirements into clear, usable, and
reliable systems that work in real classroom and tutoring environments.
At NoAge AI, he contributes to product strategy and workflow design across TutorCloud and future AI initiatives,
with a focus on clarity, role-based systems, responsible AI use, and long-term scalability without losing human
context.
Gowtham Ponnimada brings an analytical, compliance-first perspective to the development of AI-enabled learning
platforms at NoAge AI. Drawing on experience across EdTech and telecom, he focuses on ensuring that digital
learning systems remain structurally sound, curriculum-aligned, and ready to scale.
His work centres on translating learning requirements and regulatory expectations into clear frameworks that
guide product design and system behaviour. Through data analysis, process refinement, and automation, Gowtham
helps reduce complexity while improving consistency and quality across distributed learning environments.
At NoAge AI, he supports the responsible growth of AI-driven products by aligning innovation with curriculum
standards and operational realities. His approach blends analytical rigour with practical system thinking,
