Head of Content & Creative
- Bangalore
- EdTech (Education Technology)
- Vice President Global Marketing
Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Content & Creative to lead a high-growth global EdTech organization into its next phase of expansion and sustained profitability. Content in a pre-launch B2B SaaS company is the architecture of trust. Every piece of content either earns a demo request, moves a school through a procurement decision, or builds the brand of credibility that makes every subsequent conversation easier. TutorCloud is entering multiple global markets, each with different education systems, buyer mindsets, cultural contexts, and creative languages.
The creative system you build must flex across all of them without losing a unified, differentiated
brand identity. You are not localizing a template. You are building creative thinking that is genuinely
rooted in each context.
You are also building TutorCloud’s AI-assisted creative production pipeline. We are not looking for someone who is curious about AI in creative work. We are looking for someone who has already rebuilt their workflow around it, who knows what it accelerates and what it cannot replace, and who
can build a team that operates at that frontier. This role also holds scope to lead the events and
field marketing function as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Own
- Brand and creative strategy across all markets and stakeholder groups, covering visual identity, messaging architecture, and tone of voice
- Performance creative production, including high-volume assets for paid social and search, optimised for AI-driven creative testing and iteration
- A content engine spanning SEO-led editorial content, thought leadership, educator-facing webinars, and B2B sales enablement materials
- A growing creative team: Senior Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Video Editor, hired with your input and developed by you
- Creative brief intake from sales and performance teams, with win and loss insights directly informing creative refresh cycles
- Institutional and talent-facing materials spanning the full creative range from school pitch decks to educator community content
- Multi-market creative calibration, not translation, but genuine creative contextualisation for each region
- Creative production systems covering AI-assisted workflows, asset management, and brand consistency at scale
Who You Are
- 8 to 10 years across content, brand, or creative roles, with meaningful experience at a respected consumer internet brand and at least one 0 to 1 company
- You have run both a creative team and a content calendar simultaneously
- Multi-market and international experience. You understand what real localisation means, not just language translation.
- AI native creative practitioner. You use AI tools in your actual production workflow and know what they accelerate and where human creative judgment is irreplaceable.
- Performance creative experience. You have briefed, tested, and iterated on paid assets at volume. You understand creative fatigue and how to build systems that stay ahead of it.
- You can write a sharp headline, brief a video script, and review a deck layout in the same afternoon. Strategic range and executional capability are both expected.
- Experience in EdTech or education is a meaningful advantage, as understanding what resonates with teachers, parents, and school decision-makers accelerates everything
What We Offer
- Build the creative identity and content engine of an AI native K–12 platform entering global markets, a genuinely greenfield creative challenge
- Founding team hire. Your creative decisions will define how TutorCloud is perceived for years.
- Competitive compensation with a performance linked structure that scales with the company’s growth
- Build and scale a global creative team, with scope expanding as markets mature
- The chance to be at the helm of one of the most ambitious AI native education growth stories globally
