Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead a high-growth global EdTech organization into its next phase of expansion and sustained profitability
TutorCloud is a pre-launch. We are an AI native K–12 learning ecosystem entering multiple global markets simultaneously: US, Middle East, India, UK/EU, and Thailand. The product is pedagogy first, compliance ready, and genuinely differentiated in a category flooded with noise.
We are not pitching another AI study tool. We are selling integrated learning outcomes to institutions, schools, districts, and chains that have purchase authority, procurement processes, and a real need for something that moves the needle on student outcomes.
Your job is to build the performance engine that creates demand, generates qualified pipelines, and
converts institutional intent into signed pilots and school contracts. This is a player coach role. You will be
running campaigns, not just reviewing them. You will be in pipeline reviews, not just sending dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
What You Will Own
- Full funnel performance marketing strategy and execution across Google Search, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, and app channels across all target geographies
- Two Regional Performance Managers, one covering US and UK, one covering ME, India, and Thailand, hired, developed, and held accountable by you
- Demand generation P&L, with CAC efficiency and pipeline contribution as your primary measures of success
- MQL to SQL funnel quality, working closely with sales leadership to tighten ICP targeting, reduce junk rate, and maximise conversion of leads into qualified opportunities
- Full attribution and tracking infrastructure: MarTech stack, UTM discipline, regional tracking architecture, CRM hygiene
- Weekly pipeline reviews with VP Marketing and sales leadership, shared revenue accountability, not separate marketing reporting
- Creative briefing and iteration loop with the Head of Content, ensuring every lost deal informs the next round of creative and messaging
- Regional campaign localisation, understanding that the same message does not land the same way in Dubai, Bangalore, and Boston
- Ongoing competitive intelligence and channel benchmarking across the K–12 and EdTech landscape
Who You Are
- 8 to 12 years of marketing experience spanning both consumers facing brands and enterprise or institutional sales environments. You understand how to drive mass adoption and how to move to a procurement committee.
- Proven track record in performance marketing across B2C and B2B contexts. You have built funnels that acquire individuals at scale and funnels that generate qualified institutional pipelines. Both are on your records.
- Deep hands-on fluency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic platforms, not just oversight
- You have worked at a well-regarded consumer internet or tech brand and at a 0 to 1 startup. Both references matter.
- Premier institution background preferred, IIM, ISB, or equivalent, or a track record that more than compensates
- P&L mindset. You think in unit economics, payback periods, and return on investment, not just platform metrics.
- AI native in your approach. You use AI tools to build faster and smarter, not as a replacement for strategic thinking.
- You can hold your own in a conversation with a school principal, a district superintendent, or an education chain CTO. Marketing is not behind glass here.
