Position Overview
TutorCloud.ai is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and execution-driven Operations & Sales Success Manager to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term success of institutional customers. This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales, Product, Customer Support, and educational institutions, ensuring
that every customer experiences maximum value from the TutorCloud.ai platform.
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will be responsible for driving implementation
excellence, enabling customer adoption, monitoring platform engagement, managing customer relationships, and supporting renewal readiness. This role plays a pivotal part in building a scalable customer success framework that supports TutorCloud.ai’s long-term growth and customer retention objectives.

The Operations & Sales Success Manager will become the internal expert on platform
implementation and customer adoption, ensuring that every institution realizes measurable value from the TutorCloud.ai ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Onboarding & Implementation
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will lead the onboarding and implementation process for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions. The role involves coordinating all setup activities, ensuring smooth platform deployment, managing onboarding timelines, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. The incumbent will act as the primary point of contact during implementation and ensure successful activation of every institution.
2. Product Expertise & Implementation Excellence
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will develop deep expertise in the TutorCloud.ai platform and become the organization’s internal implementation specialist. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the student journey, teacher journey, principal dashboards, reporting workflows, and platform capabilities. The incumbent will provide
guidance to institutions, support internal teams, and ensure best practices are followed during implementation and adoption.
3. Training & Enablement
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will be responsible for conducting orientation and training programs for key stakeholders within partner institutions. This includes
principal orientation programs, teacher training sessions, student activation workshops, and refresher sessions as required. The role will ensure that all users are equipped with the
knowledge and confidence required to maximize platform utilization and learning outcomes.
4. Adoption & Engagement Management
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will actively monitor customer adoption and engagement metrics to ensure successful utilization of the platform. The role includes tracking user activation, login frequency, platform usage, and engagement levels while
identifying adoption gaps and implementing corrective actions. The incumbent will work proactively with institutions to improve participation, engagement, and overall customer
success.
5. Customer Success & Relationship Management
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will build strong relationships with principals, coordinators, trustees, teachers, and other institutional stakeholders. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, managing escalations, coordinating issue resolution, and acting as a trusted advisor to partner institutions. The incumbent will focus on creating exceptional customer experiences that drive retention, advocacy, and long-term partnerships.
6. Sales Operations & Business Reporting
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will support the commercial organization by maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking implementation progress, monitoring customer health metrics, and generating operational reports. The role includes supporting revenue forecasting, maintaining implementation dashboards, and providing leadership teams with actionable insights to improve customer success and business performance.
7. Renewal & Growth Management
The Operations & Sales Success Manager will manage contract lifecycle activities and ensure institutions remain renewal-ready. The role includes monitoring customer health scores, identifying upselling opportunities, supporting renewal discussions, and proactively addressing risks that may impact customer retention. The incumbent will work
closely with sales and leadership teams to maximize customer lifetime value and protect recurring revenue streams.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant certification in Operations, Customer Success, or Project Management preferred.
