Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Sales leader to join our US Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in EdTech with rapid advancement to a leadership role.
As an Partnership Director, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from conducting initial discovery calls and delivering tailored product demonstrations to negotiating contracts and closing deals. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understanding their unique School challenges and
demonstrating how our solution solves them.

Manage the complete end-to-end sales funnel, converting qualified leads
(from inbound marketing and SDRs) into paying customers.
2. Outbound Prospecting
Strategically target and prospect into key accounts within your assigned
territory or vertical to generate net-new opportunities.
3. Discovery & Demos
Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points, business goals, and technical requirements, followed by highly customized product presentations.
4. Value Selling
Position our solution effectively against competitors, focusing on ROI, business value, and long-term partnership.
5. Negotiation & Closing
Drive the contract negotiation process, navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews to secure win-win agreements.
6. CRM Hygiene
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, forecasts, and customer data in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot).
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to optimize the customer journey.
