We are now looking for a visionary sales leader to drive TutorCloud.AI’s expansion across the UAE education market.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional VP Sales role. This is a founding commercial leadership opportunity to build the regional go-to-market engine from the ground up including enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, school relationships, and revenue growth across the UAE.
You will work directly with the CEO and play a key role in positioning TutorCloud.AI as the leading AI tutoring platform for schools, educators, and students in the region.
What You Will Own
- Full ownership of UAE revenue growth and market expansion
- Building and leading the regional sales organisation
- Enterprise sales across private school groups, ministries, K-12 institutions, and education networks
- Strategic partnerships with EdTech platforms, LMS providers, and education ecosystems
- Government and institutional procurement opportunities
- Regional GTM strategy, partnerships, and commercial execution
- Brand positioning across conferences, education summits, and strategic events

What You Bring
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise education solutions
- Strong network across UAE schools, education groups, ministries, and decision-makers
- Experience building and scaling high-performing B2B sales teams
- Deep understanding of institutional sales cycles, procurement, and partnerships
- Experience working with LMS platforms, digital learning ecosystems, or education technology providers
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from zero to scale
